Today's painting is one of two of the beautiful harbour/port of Honfleur in the north of France. It's early one morning before the water is disturbed and the reflections appear mirror-like. It's on show at my current exhibition, details below...

Another watercolour which will be on display at the forthcoming exhibition at Swalcliffe village hall, I'm running around everywhere getting all the last minute details in place before the opening night this Friday at 6pm...

Back now in Sibford Ferris and getting ready for the exhibition which starts this Friday evening. This painting is looking up Mannings Hill in the village as the late afternoon sun brings the day to a close. Walked this path many times and it feels good to be back!

The harbour at Southwold in Suffolk is one of my favourite places in the UK to paint or to just wander around, it's full of all kinds of boats and the detritus associated with them. The painting is a large watercolour and will be in the forthcoming exhibition...see more through the link below
