Out in the New Forest again today, spent a couple of hours on a painting that ended up in two pieces! I never like to end the day that way so drove on towards Brockenhurst and sat again to paint this charming white cottage on the edge of town

Lyndhurst One Mile, watercolour, (£300)
It's not difficult to find quirky subjects to paint while driving around the New Forest in England. I painted this while perched on the side of the road, I was accompanied by a small herd of New Forest ponies who were wandering aimlessly this way and that across the road, it seems they have right of way here in the Forest and they take pleasure in it!

Fiching Boats in Whitby. £500
I love fishing boats and their paraphernalia, so a recent trip to Whitby on the East coast of England provided plenty of new material, the little boat in the foreground was just moving off to do a days work and enabled me to catch an interesting composition.
I'm continuing with the 3 for £150 deal for a short while on the small oil paintings (normally £99 each & ideal as gifts!) so go to Paintings for Sale on the website and grab a bargain!
